To reach the house, framed by palm trees, we cross an elegant garden, which ends in a terrace and a cosy sitting area. From the entrance hall, you enter an open plan living-dining room on two levels. On the upper level is the dining area with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, pantry, a spacious laundry room and a bathroom. Steps lead down to a comfortable living room with fireplace and access to a covered and an open terrace.
